Exactly one role per account. Fields marked (required) must be filled.
Must be unique across all staff accounts.
The two sections below apply to fleet managers and station admins only.
Required for FLEET_MANAGER. Must stay empty for every other role.
At least one station is required for STATION_ADMIN. Must stay empty for every other role.
Stored as a bcrypt hash. Required when creating an account.
